I've been thinking on this concept of taking risks for the Kingdom, and it didn't take much searching to reach a consensus that I just don't take risks with faith, risks for Calvary like Piper describes. Out of a fear of awkwardness or social impropriety we allow the world to silence our lips and more concerning, our actions too.
Take a moment today and consider how your life measures up to a standard of risk taking for the Kingdom. It would be dangerous and fatal if we allowed ourselves to live contrary to the bold love of the Gospel.
